Mr. Marco Lee is currently the Senior Pharmacist (Primary Care Services Development Manager) at Department of Pharmacology and Pharmacy at HKUMed. Mr Lee completed both his Bachelor of Pharmacy and Master of Clinical Pharmacy at the University of Hong Kong. Before joining the University, Mr. Lee practiced as a pharmacist-in-charge in a chain community pharmacy in Hong Kong.

Mr. Lee initiated and coordinates Pharmacy Experiential Education Programme (PEEP) in pharmacy education to provide experiential learning activities to pharmacy students. This aims to enhance student’s hands-on experience in workplace in preparation of the future pharmacy career. Being a teacher-practitioner, Mr. Lee is also dedicated to drive practice-informed learning in pharmacy education. Mr. Lee also engaged in taking initiative to promote pharmacy service implementation and practice-based research.

Currently, Mr. Lee acts as project manager of a primary care community pharmacy project, which supports sustainable development of community pharmacy services that underpin the primary healthcare development in Hong Kong.
