Ms. Gladys Daphne Cheung holds a Bachelor of Pharmacy and a Master of Clinical Pharmacy from the University of Hong Kong. With her practical experience as a pharmacist-in-charge in Lok Sin Tong Community Pharmacy Services prior to joining the University, she developed an expertise in community pharmacy practice.

Gladys is dedicated to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in the primary care setting. She played a pivotal role in establishing a pharmacist-led smoking cessation program in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team. To enhance the capacity of the pharmacy profession, she assisted in the delivery of the Certificate Course in Primary Healthcare for Pharmacists by taking the roles of guest speaker and accessor. She has also been a preceptor for pharmacy students in various clerkship and attachment programs, including the Pharmacy Experiential Education Programme.

Presently, Gladys is engaged in a community pharmacy project, aiming to develop a pilot model and practice framework for primary care pharmacy service in Hong Kong.
