Monoclonal Antibody Development

Monoclonal antibodies have become an essential tool for basic research in life science, in vitro diagnostics, and therapeutics. Our team has extensive experience in producing highly specific monoclonal antibodies suitable for a variety of applications. We can guarantee to generate positive clones to the customer immunogens by ELISA, though a customer should be aware that the supplied immunogen may not produce the immune response required for a cell fusion. The timeline for the standard monoclonal antibody production is summarized as in table below. In brief, three mice will be immunized for three times each, and the titer of antibody will be evaluated by ELISA twice. We will inform and discuss with our customers if a cell fusion will be performed based on the antibody titer. Once the hybridoma cell lines for secretion of a specific antibody are established, we also provide services for subcloning, isotype characterization, medium-scale production and purification etc.
